Our Journey – From Start To Success

Year 1

The Beginning (2015)

Royal Kitchen Caters started its journey in February 2015 with a simple mission – to provide fresh, hygienic, and tasty vegetarian meals to corporate clients in Greater Noida and Noida. In the initial year, we began with a small setup and a focused team, serving a few offices with daily meal services.

Our main priority in 2015 was to build trust through quality food, timely delivery, and professional service. This foundation year helped us understand corporate catering requirements and shaped our future growth.

Year 2

Building Client Trust (2016)

In 2016, we started getting more corporate clients through referrals and word of mouth. Companies appreciated our consistency in taste, hygiene standards, and on-time delivery.

During this year, we improved our menu options and began handling regular office meals and small corporate events. Royal Kitchen Caters slowly became a known name in Noida and Greater Noida for reliable vegetarian catering.

Year 3

Expanding Services (2017)

By 2017, demand for our services increased significantly. We expanded from simple meal delivery to offering Corporate Catering, Packed Food Services and Small Cafeteria Services.

This was the year when we began customizing menus as per client needs and started handling different types of corporate food requirements.

Year 4

Building a Strong Team (2018)

In 2018, we focused on building a stronger team to manage growing operations. We hired more chefs, kitchen staff, and delivery personnel to ensure smooth service.

This year helped us create a proper system for food preparation, packing, and dispatch. Our service quality improved, and we started handling larger corporate orders with confidence.

Year 5

Establishing Our Base Kitchen (2019)

The year 2019 was an important milestone. We set up and organized our centralized Base Kitchen in Greater Noida with better equipment and improved hygiene processes.

This allowed us to handle bulk cooking efficiently and maintain consistent food quality. Our daily operations became more structured, helping us serve more clients professionally.

Year 6

Adding More Service Categories (2020)

In 2020, we expanded our offerings further to include Industrial Catering, Hospital Cafeteria Services, Onsite Catering etc.

Despite challenging times, we maintained strict hygiene and safety standards and continued serving our corporate clients with dedication.

Year 7

Process Improvement (2021)

By 2021, Royal Kitchen Caters had become a stable and dependable catering partner for many organizations. We focused on improving internal processes such as Quality control, Better packaging, management, Weekly staff training.

This year strengthened our operational efficiency and client relationships.

Year 8

Service Excellence (2022)

In 2022, we worked on enhancing food variety and service standards. We introduced healthier meal options and improved menu planning for corporate clients.

Our focus remained on delivering fresh, nutritious, and hygienic vegetarian food every day. Client satisfaction became our biggest achievement during this period.

Year 9

Team Growth & Training (2023)

The year 2023 was dedicated to team development. We increased our workforce and started regular Weekly meetings, Staff training programs, Service improvement sessions.

By this time, our team had grown significantly, helping us manage daily corporate catering more smoothly and professionally.

Year 10

Reaching New Heights (2024)

In 2024, Royal Kitchen Caters reached a major milestone of completing 10 successful years in corporate catering. We expanded our client base and strengthened our presence in Greater Noida and Noida.

Our Base Kitchen operations became more advanced, and we started handling larger corporate events and cafeteria contracts.

Year 11

Where We Stand Today (2025 – February 2026)

As we complete 11 years of excellence, Royal Kitchen Caters has become a trusted corporate catering partner in Greater Noida and Noida. With a strong team of 60 dedicated members and a well-managed Base Kitchen, we deliver fresh and hygienic vegetarian meals every day with consistency and professionalism.

Today we proudly handle a daily capacity of 100 to 200 plates, serving corporate offices, industries, hospitals, and business events. Our focus remains on quality food, timely delivery, and high service standards, making us a reliable name in corporate catering.
